Are you saying that the keys pressed on the phone are not being detected?

Have you tried using some other different phones to place the calls? Sometimes you get a phone which does not send the DTMF tones clearly so they tones are not detected reliably.

sorry in fact the ougoing and incoming calls where not done through the same line (I thought so) and it seems that on one line which is a line behind an internet box, incomming dtmf code are filtered and not transfered to te server. I 'll check that.

sorry

The DTMF tones in the recording sound fine.

Can that card detect DTMF tones when you try using it with some sample apps that are installed along with Dialogic drivers?

If that recording was for incoming call can you make the same recording on an outgoing call and press a few dtmf tones (all 12 would be good) while the recording is being made.

The outgoing call should be made to the same phone that was used to dial in and make the previous recording.

Then post traces (vgEngine and ktTel) and the recorded sound file again.

Could you post the the traces from VoiceGuide as well (.ZIPed) ? Especially the ktTel or the tw traces.

Traces show that no DTMF tones were detected/reported on either the incoming or the outgoing calls.

Listening to the recorded sound files the keypreses sound short and distorted on both the incoming or the outgoing calls, and looking at the recordings in the sound editor confirms this.

The problem here is either with the phone that is being used or there is some soft of impedance mismatch on the lines and/or the Dialogic card that distorts the sound on the line.
