Vg7 + Hmp = Object Reference Not Set To An Instance Of An Object

Recommended Posts

I am trialing VG7 with the Dialogic HMP drivers (SU225 and SU237) for a VOIP-enabled solution. For now, I am testing using SJPhone in direct SIP mode from another PC to call the machine running Voiceguide. Calls are not be answered, with the following message in the vgEngine log:

131524.328  6   3       qScr  run   evCallerId EV_CALLERID, iActionID=0, crn=8000001[134217729|0|0|0|0][10.140.48.73||10.140.48.25|||]

If I click Hang Up on any of the 4 lines in Line Status Monitor, I see the following in the log:

131424.390 13           sockStatusLink_OnLineReceived [<request><type>hangup</type><port>1</port></request>] iLineDevicesControlled=4
131424.390 13     lscmd hangup port=1

I have tried this on two different machines running WinXP SP2 with the same results. I did register for a trial key for the HMP drivers, so I see 4 lines in the line status monitor. Any thoughts? the vgEngine log is attached.

Have just reuploaded that file and downloaded it and ran the downloaded version. The previous upload was not fully uploaded for some reason. The install is about 19.6MB.
