When I run VoiceGuide Dialogic 6.0.0.3386, this massage appear:

 

Run-time error '339'

Component 'ktTel.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

 

OS: Winxp professional SP2

VG: Dialogic 6.0.0.3386

Card: d/41JCT-LS

driver: System Relase 5

Framework dot net v3

Which version Dialogic drives is installed on this system?

 

As a minimum you should have SR5.1.1 SP1

 

Is the Dialogic card detected and shows up in the Dialogic Configuration Manager?

 

BTW. We'd recommend using VoiceGuide v7 - you will get better sound quality with v7. For v7 you can use the SR6.0 drivers - link is on our WWW next to v7 Download link.
