Main Voicemail System

We currently have (2) VG 48 port systems set up on two separate computers that need to access one main voicemail system. The calls can come in on any of the 96 ports. How can the directory be changed to a shared directory, and how can we use one set of voicemail boxes?

The directory into which the voicemail system read/writes files can be changed in the voicemail script files. You will need to use the Enterprise version of VoiceGuide to be able to use the changed Voicemail scripts.
