All Line Display Ring 2

Hello,

i use voiceguide 7 with dialogic card D41/JCTLS on win server 2003

my script fonctionne correctly but after 2 or 3 day all lines (4) display ring 2 and stay in this state.

after we can't contact the server.

with the line status monitor i can hang up the 4 line blocked and the server is ok.

i have this problem each week.

i join log file at the moment of the lines display ring 2

This new version handles the situation at call answer time that we saw happen on your system.

hello,

i installed the update of VG7.

I think that fix the problem of crash explain in my last post, but since some $RV_CALLER_ID nor display the number but some digit and #.

Please post the whole ktTel and vgEngine traces so that we can fully see what is happening on the system.

Please update system to this release of VoiceGuide:

[old link removed]

and post ktTel traces (.ZIped) if CallerID is still not reported properly.

After the VoiceGuide_7.0.9.....exe installed, i can't start the service, an error is displayed.

It's possible that you do not have certain pre-requisite files on your system. Please try with this version: [old link removed] this updated version has the newly required VC++ redistributable files as well. If you still have problems please describe what error you are seeing.

Hello,

that seem to be good.

The service started,

The script is OK

but i am in evaluation mode (to be restared each hour)

i registered voiceguide with my key (the ID is the same); i restart the service, but the line monitor status display:

EVALUATION (needs restarting every hour, 30 lines, HK******.

 

ps : i buy only 4 lines
