First time user of system. Need assistance to figure out why busy signal when you call system

Does the telephone line work? If you plug that telephone line into a telephone handset does the telephone handset ring when you dial the telephone line's number?

Yes the phone lines are working fine.

Does the card answer calls when you use the sample applications that come with the Dialogic drivers?

 

If it does not then you should be contacting the card supplier to resolve this problem.
