Setting Up Ivr / Auto Attendant System

We have a client who is having a requirement for IVR / Auto Attendant System for his Existing PABX System DX2ET – 32BM Nitsuko Make.

 

He has 8 Co Lines & 24 Extensions in that system. Kindly reply how can We deploy this solution to his requirement.

You can just attach the Dialogic card's ports to the extensions on the PBX and then setup the PBX to route initial incoming calls to the extensions plugged into the Dialogic card.

 

In the simplest setup VoiceGuide can answer the calls arriving on the Dialogic card and then just hookflash transfer them to the extension or queue corresponding to the callers selection.
