Human And Answering Machine Detection

We are having problems with Voice Guide wrongfully detecting Humans for Answering Machines and Answering Machines for Humans...

 

1. How can we adjust the detection sensitivity to avoid these problems?

 

2. Is there anything else we can do to circumvent this from happening?

 

This is a real annoyance and would appreciate any need help!
