Telephones For Dialogic Msi Modular Station Interface

Recommended Posts

This is a listing I have of telephones that are known to work properly with Dialogic MSI boards. MSI, or Modular Station Interface are ISA boards that permit the connection of telephones to a IVR system for use as a call center or in a similar application. MSI boards come in 8 port (MSI/80) and can hold one or two daughter cards of 8 ports each. These are MSI/160 16 ports and MSI/240 24 ports. A board identified as MSI/160-R for example, means it can ring the telephones. If the board does not have an R designation, it can not ring the connected telephones. The R cards have a big square ring device on the board next to the connectors that has a green label and says Black Magic, telephone ringing generator.
