Vg Crashe

After looking at the traces we can see that the traces so not show any system crashes. On both occasions VoiceGuide was exited after the "Exit" Command button was pressed by user...

 

What is the error message that you are seeing on the screen? Can you post a screenshot?

 

Also please note that many TAPI drivers are not reliable. For a professional system you should look at getting a Dialogic card and using VoiceGuide v7.

Screenshots show that the error is occurring in the MSJET40.DLL, which is the dll used in the MS Access database interactions.

 

Please ensure you have the latest Microsoft patch for the MSJET40.DLL. Microsoft information about this can be found here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/239114

 

We'd recommend updating to the latest MDAC (Microsoft's Data Access Components) that will run on your system - see: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-au/data/aa937729.aspx
