Answer Different Inbound Calls Differently

On analog based systems:

 

If you have a PBX then the PBX can pass on to VG information as to which number was dialed and VoiceGuide can then run a different script based on which number was dialed by caller.

 

Information would be passed using Inband Signaling. You must see in your PBX can send this info using inband signaling. Please see VoiceGuide Help file for more information on Inband Signaling.
