Voice Guide 5 Hanging Up The Call After License Registration

Hello,

 

I have purchased Voice Guide 5 Professional version for 4 lines, the demo was working ok, but after I registered the license and restarted the whole computer now the script is hanging up before starting to play back the numbers entered,

I have included this into the ini file under [log] section and restarted voice guide with no luck either:

VoiceGuide=10

CallLoader=0

VoicemailManager=0

EmailSender=0

ktTel=10

ktTts=0

Trace shows that you are trying to use the COM interface from the verification VBScript in module [Money Order Get Phone]

 

The COM interface are only supported in the Enterprise version of VoiceGuide.

 

The log reports this se:

 

031530.67 0 ERROR: COM interface not supported in this version.

 

You may be able to save the verification result in a 'Result File', otherwise you will need to upgrade to the Enterprise license.

 

I notice that you are using a voice modem, a MultiTech MT5656ZDXV. Have you found it working OK for you?

Hello yes now its working, please provide an example of result file, I am suing these multitech modems and are working very well,
