Callerid Detected, But Not Able To Store In Vgl Log File

I have just installed the latest version of VoiceGuide 7.0.5 with the Dialogic Driver SR6.0 downloaded from the web. Dialogic card use is D/41JCT-LS. I have enable the CALLERID from the telecom and it is tested to be working. I am using 2 analog lines for dialing in and out.

 

Problem: CALLERID is not able to display at the log viewer under Caller details. CallerID number is display correctly in the diagnostic log file but there is a statement after the CallID stating "pbx sent display information (D42 API) not supported on this card" It seems that the CALLERID variable is not pass on correctly to the application.

 

I use the log viewer to check on the Call received and it does not shows in the CALLID details, but it is detected and shows up in the diagnostic log file.

 

Please help to advise if this is a card problem/limitation or there are some settings that I need to do.

Please download and update to this version of VoiceGuide v7 : [old link removed]
You will need to uninstall the current version before installing the new version. Please backup any scripts and config files first.

If you still encounter problems with the new version please post traces as before.

I have tried to hangup a call when i received the call from the specified Callerid, but the application does not terminate / hangup the connection call and continue to run. The Line status manager will show line is already disconnected - waiting for call, but the actual call connection is still on. I tried to call in using another phone and it shows that it is still engaged.

 

Please help to advise if this is a bug from the new beta release.

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Trace Logs which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what happened.

 

Trace files are created in VG's \log\ subdirectory.

 

Please post the traces and the VoiceGuide script used.

 

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.
