Hi!

 

is it possible to make voice guide ring the phone again?

 

Example:

To leave a message press 1

To send and email press 2

To hang-up this call press 3

To talk to an operator press 0

 

When pressing 0, the phone will ring.

 

Is there also a way to integrate fax to this software?

Rather the ringing the handset a sound file should be played over the PC speaker:

 

VG's Help file section on the Run Program Module has information on how to play a sound file over the PC speaker, the command line is (for example):

 

sndrec32 /play /close c:\test.wav

VoiceGuide can be used to implement a fax-back system (pleas see Help file's entry o RUN VBScript module) but it cannot receive faxes itself, and there are no fax applications which would accept a handed off fax call these days...
