Call Transfer

i have card Jct with 4 ports

 

And i use VG v7

 

I want to transfer call from external calling (number ) to internal extension

i.e i want the caller to talk with a person with extension 123

 

what i have to do to complete these issue

 

at this point i use one port from dialogic card to connect to phone line and i want to connect another one to pbx Extension number to transfer call

 

is this right?

Sounds like you should be using the "Dial and Conference" (tromboned) transfer. This is one of the transfer options available in the Transfer Call module. Have you tried using it?
