diabco Report post Posted 04/03/2008 07:57 PM Since upgrading to V7, the system we used to create a phone list .txt file for V6 is now outdated, since V7 requires an xml format. Is there any utility available that can convert our old txt phone number listing to your new xml format? We really do not want the extra expense of having someone program the xml format for us, since you do not seem to have offered any backward compatibility to the V6 txt format. SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/03/2008 09:24 PM The .txt file format was a v5 format and in v6 the XML format was introduced. This was over 4 years ago. v7 no longer supports the old v5 format. v6 still supports the old v5 .txt file format. It is not that hard to change the .txt format to the .xml format, in the app that creates the outdial file just add the appropriate xml tags around the fields in the output. If you can post the source code of the program that generates the outdial.txt file here we can modify it to generate the .xml format instead and post it back here. Share this post Link to post
