Problem With Recording

Hello.

 

Another of my problems.

 

Client made test on one number (504) and his recording was stopped after 14 minutes 5 sec. After this I made test on the other mb (507) and record to mailbox ca 48 minutes.

 

In attach vg.ini (because I don`t know if this settings corresponding with this problem) and piece of log from this event.

Trace shows that the recording was stopped as the Dialogic card reported hearing a Disconnected tone on the line.

 

You should modify the disconnect tone settings to reduce the likelihood of false Disconnect tone detections.

 

Ultimately using T1/E1 ISD lines would be the only way to protect yourself 100% from false Disconnect detections.
