Dear support!

I purchased a dialogic D/21D board in germany. I tested it over there, and it was working.

Now back in Australia I put it in my computer, but I can't start it anymore. I am also verry sure that the board hasn't been damaged on the trip.

Der support!

I just did what you suggested, but still get an error when trying to start the board. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Alex

Guess I'd start looking at what else on your system may have the same interrupt as the Dialogic card, and/or try different interrupt (IRQ) settings for the card...

I just ran into that problem last night with the D/21D and the problem was I had the jumper set wrong for the interupt on the board. My system configured a board to use irq 4 and I had it set on irq 5 thus, it gave me that exact error. The irq jumpers start at 2 and go to seven. When looking at the board with the jumpers at the top, IRQ 2 is the first set of pins on the right and go 3,4,5,6,7 to the left. This post is a little old, but maybe this info will help someone else. And also, make sure no other device is using the same interupt.
