Vg See Only 4 Port

Hi,

 

I get d/120Jct card, but when I run VG, it see only 4 port. I'm useing "Sample Config for 12 port using analog D120JCT card.xml" but still see only 4 port not 12. I'm use Trial Version.

 

The system not give me busy, I hear the rings but no answer, only 4 lines answer.

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Trace Logs which captures the system startup, this will allow us to see what is happeniong.

 

Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below:

[Log]

 

VoiceGuide=10

Then restart VG.

 

Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory.

 

Please post the traces.

 

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.

 

Please also post the Config.xml file that is currently used on this system.

I changed VG.ini file to VoiceGuide=10, and restarted the VG, but still VG see only 4 lines, and I posted the files.

You are using an older version of VoiceGuide. (where did you get it from?)

 

Not sure if that older verison allowed the 30 line limit on evaluation, or if limit was still set at 4 lines.

 

Please update to newest version of VoiceGuide - either v6 or (the better) v7.

 

Please post trace again if you continue having problems.

To install VG for Dialogic Card d/120,

- I must install VG for TAPI v5.2.5049 first, then install VG for Dialogic v6.0.3377.

Or

- from the begaining I install VG for Dialogic v6.0.3377 only.

or

 

just install v7.0.5 only.

Now it's Ok. I installed Dialogic v6.0.3377, But

 

- While the system is receive call I can't see which line device working. I see static sentence "state display disabled". In the old version of VG while the system recieve call, I can see which script running or which voice file, but now I see the static santance "state display disabled". How I can enable state display.

When I try run vgStatusMonitor.exe

Remmber I use:

 

VG v6.0.3377 for Dialogic

SR 6.0 SU181 drivers

OS: Windows 2000

Have you installed .NET ?

 

.NET 2.0 is required in order for the vgStatusMonitor.exe to work.
