Cant Start Voiceguide 5

hey ,

i have downloaded voice guide 5 trial intending to buy it when i make sure it's what i need

i opened the Config Wizard .. and i found ma voice modem which is us robotics 56 k voice win int .. that's the full name

i selected it .. but thwn i opened the it said "wave driver not installed" .. um sure it's installed

i opened the Config wizar again .. and i saw something strange .. among the list of avilable modems in ma pc .. there was an item called "error while getting device name" .. i selected this item besides ma voice modem

when i opened the voice guide again i found "error while getting device name"'s state is "LINEERR_NODEVICE" and "us robotics 56 k voice win int"'s state "initializing" but it never starts

so any clue what's happening ?

The next best step would be to totally uninstall all wave drivers and the modem drivers and then just install the modem drivers and the modem's Wave drivers. Then start VoiceGuide and check if the TAPI & Wave drives get matched up for that device.
