All evaluation versions allow evaluation for an hour after each restart.

The popup would only occur if software was running for more then one hour and a new call was placed into the system.

is there a 10 outbound call limit before the popup or can i try the software for an hour straight without interuption?

The outbound call limit kicks in as soon as that number of outbound calls are made.

The software will answer inbound calls for an hour without interruption, and the 10 call limit on outbound calls is enough to verify that the outbound calls and transfers can be made and the callflow/scripts run as expected. If the number of outbound calls were unlimitted over one hour in the evaluation version then this would allow the use of the evaluation verson of software for commercial tasks.
