Supervisor Transfer Problem

Dear Sir,

i work with D4pci for transfer call,i have a problem when i want to transfer call,when customer pick up then phone

hear holding melody and another side hear nothing, i changed hook flash time in TSP configuration service.

result was undesirable,for first or second time call tarnsfer successfully and without any extera melody tone,but in

more times when customer pick up the phone hear busy tone and call disconnected..

note that i want call return when if transfer line is busy or who didnt answer that so i use supervisor transfer.

also i dont have any problem with blind transfer never..

please help me ,what setting i should change?

in addition my PBX is panasonic TDA200 and my flash character is &..

Are you using VoiceGuide software? This forum is for users of VoiceGuide software only.

 

I'd recommend downloading and using VoiceGuide v7. You can perform both supervised/monitored and blind hookflash transfers with VoiceGuide.
