Outdial_uncontactable_noanswer.txt

Hi

 

I want to dial numbers and check the numbers are live.

 

So I am hoping to get them apear in OutDial_Uncontactable_NoAnswer.txt when they ring, I have short ring so should not be answered.

 

However they appear in OutDial_Uncontactable_Error.txt

 

But my mobile rings 3 times so I would like to think it would appear in OutDial_Uncontactable_NoAnswer.txt

 

Also I have answer timeout of 1, is there a possibility to shorten this at the moment its rings 3 times I would prefer once, twice max.

Which version of VoiceGuide v6 is used on this system?

 

Please download the latest version of v6 from our WWW and us this version.

 

Please post traces as before if call record is still saved in the wrong log file.
