Norton Antivirus

 

Since a couple of month we have a hanging problem with Voiceguide.

 

When I got this error in the xxxxvgm.txt in the log folder, VoiceGuide seem to hang and doesnt make anymore call. We need to reboot the computer and restart VoiceGuide application, to make it work again. Here is a part of the log file,

Voiceguide version: 6.0.3123

Could you please update to the latest version of VoiceGuide (please see our WWW Downloads page) and se if the error still occurs on your system. If the error still occurs please post both the vg and ktTel traces for the entire call at the end of this the problems occurred.

 

Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below:

[Log]

 

VoiceGuide=10

 

ktTel=10

 

Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory.

 

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.
