Version 7 Wav Problem

Dear Support team,

 

We use VG V7 with dialogic d4pciuf card. When we record a sound file, below problems occur:

 

1. file names are not generated properly (ie. not according to format MMDDHHNNSS_LineId_CallerID.wav) it generates random numbers as a file name, only lineId is correct.

2. We cannot play recorded wav files,

3. When we try to listen to recorded files, they decrease their filesize to 1KB (for example, 50K files decrease to 1 KB)

Are you using v7.0.0 or the v7.0.1 or one of the Beta releases?

 

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Trace Logs which captures the system startup and the record/play, this will allow us to see what happened.

 

Trace files are created in VG's \log\ subdirectory.

 

Please post the traces and the VoiceGuide script used.

 

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.

Could you please download and install this version (v7.0.1) and see if this resolves the recording problems on this system:

You will need to uninstall existing version before installing this new version. Please backup any Config files before uninstalling.
