Dialer

Hello, some 6 months ago my company purchased the license for vg under the name of [registration details removed]. The license wasVoiceGuide Professional License (8 line). I want to know if it has the dial out service?

 

I have used the sample script " makecalloriginator.vgs" and I have also checked the box - Allow voiceguide to dial on this line on all 8 lines. But i get the following message : "VG Dialer option not enabled".

 

What should I do?

remove user registration details

The "Professional" license does not include the Dialer.

 

Sounds like you require the "Professional+Dialer" license.

 

Please contact sales@voiceguide.com regarding license purchasing.
