SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/12/2007 06:49 AM Do you want to send the outgoing calls to another IP or an extension on the CallManager or somewhere else through a VoIP service provider? Have you installed HMP and VoiceGuide on your system and are able to accept incoming calls into VoiceGuide through CallManager? Which version of CallManager are you using?
