Channel Lockup on D600sc

Hi All,

 

just wondering if anyone has any ideas on an issue we are seeing from Dialogic D600SC E1 interface boards.

Channels seem to get locked up intermittently while in operation.

Telco Places a call on Channel, we offer the Channel to them and then disconnect the call 200ms later.

from then on the channel is locked up until the circuit is restarted.

at 1st i thought it was due to my DCM setup not clocking from a circuit.

but i seem to not be able to fully implement intels reccomendation on;

the only setting i can change here is;

Primary Master FRU (User Defined)

other changes are not availible to me.

 

i am still unsure if this setup could be wrong.

if anyone has any ideas, it would be appreciated.

 

Setup;

Operating System = WINNT Service Pack 6.

Intel Dialogic system software = DNA 5.1.1 SP1

System board interface = ISA

Digital Signaling Protocol = ISDN PRI

ISDN Interface = ISDN PRI E1

TDN Bus = Scbus.

Sounds like you are not using VoiceGuide software.

 

VoiceGuide does not have any channel lockup problems like you describe.

Sounds like you are implementing a CallBack server(?) VoiceGuide can be used to implement a callback server.
