Pause In Outdialing

Hi,

 

We can specify starttime and stop time but we can not specify pause period

 

ex:

 

start time 10:00

stop time 12:00 - 14:00

stop 20:00

 

how can I manage that ?

To pause the calls like that you would need to run an SQL query at the beginning of the pause time to set the Activation Time off the calls to be at the time when the pause interval ends.

 

Setting of exception/pause intervals cannot be done at the time of call loading at this stage.
