Recommended Posts

Hi,

Caller Id in dialogic D/4PCI is not detected.

O/S : XP Pro

Necessary drivers and Service pack (ver 5.1.1 ) has benn installed

Caller ID on the line is available and verified using a caller ID telephone.

Exeletel's Telescope also deos not detect caller Id on this dialogic card.

Any other special setting that need to be done?

Do you know in what format the telephone company is sending the CallerID?

We are using Intel dialgic card

We are *not* using VG for Dialogic

If you are using a Dialogic card then you should be using VoiceGuide for Dialogic...

If you can post the "tw" trace from VoiceGuide for Dialogic then we can have a look at it to see if it shows anything...

Can you ask the telephone company in what format they are sending the CallerID?
