D/4pci Card Diagnostics - Failed Interrupt Test

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I recently bought a used D/4PCI card and downloaded the SR 5.1.1 software for it. The card installation seemed to go ok and I even managed to get it to auto answer an incoming call and play the Dialogic company wav. However when I run the diagnostics on the card it gives me an error on the On Board Interrupt test. It fails the test and gives the message "DL_REQ Interrupts failed. Expected 30 received 31." All other tests are OK, but I get the same error time after time on the interrupt test.

Is this board usable or can I expect to run into problems later? I'm running Win2k service pack 4 on an AMD Athelon 64 3000+ on an MSI MoBo with 512 mb RAM.... in case it makes any difference.

Thanks,

Dave

The "Universal Dialogic Diagnostics Utility" (UDD) is notorious for generating such error reports in situations where the board otherwise works fine.

The general rule of thumb is that if the board can answer a call using one of the sample apps (eg Voice Horoscope) then its OK.
