Guest Bank Transactions2 Report post Posted 03/20/2007 10:55 PM Hello, I am trying to use the auto attendant for the option of using the directory by name option for looking up extension and voice mail. I have the path entry: on {*} goto [Voicemail Auto Attendant] in a play sound file path and this nor any other digit I assign to it will react to the user. Seems everything but the auto attendant option, which is being selected out of the drop down menu, is working. What am I doing wrong on this option? Regards, Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/20/2007 11:22 PM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Trace Logs which captures the call, this will allow us to see what happened. Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 Then restart VG and make a test call which demonstrates the problem. Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Please post the traces and the VoiceGuide script used. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.
