D/42d-uk Line Wiring Connections

I have just got hold of a cheap D/41D ISA card for testing VG

 

It has 2 sockets for the 4 lines, but I cannot find any details on the plug wiring, the datasheet I downloaded just says it's an RJ-14 socket. Is there any more info out there on this card as it came with no other info on jumpers etc ?

 

Do I need any other drivers for this as well ?

A Google search on "RJ14 Wiring" brought up a couple of informative links:

RJ14 is just a way in which two pairs of cables are connected to the plug.

RJ11 is a plug that has a single pair of cables attached to it.
