Any Body Help Me Out

I am completely new to using Dialogic D/4PCI 9250 voice card. any body can help me to properly configure it. I have Windows 2003 server and universal dialogic diagnostics utility have passed all test but I have an error to starting D/4PCI #0 in slot 2/4 service massege is "Error starting Dialogic servic"

You should contact the Dialogic card supplier. They are responsible for getting the hardware they supplied working on your system.

Although you don't say for sure, if you are using v5.1.1 drivers, you may be missing a DLL that stops the service starting, search the forum for it, its attached to a post somwhere here. Its called "winstrm.dll"
