SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/29/2007 01:35 AM To run the Chat Line demo script on 16 lines you just need a 16 line Enterprise license of VoiceGuide, and a 16 line Dialogic card (eg DMV160) or a 12 port card (D/120JCT) and a four 4-port cards (D/41JCT). Choice of computer is up to you, but if you'd like to more reliable computer then you should look at using a server class machine with RAID disks and multiple hot-swappable power supplies.
