Vg Do Not Answer The Call On Ext. 5 And 6 !

Hello,

 

I began a new campaign three days ago ans everything was working fine.

I use a Dialogic D120-JCT and I have an Enterprise License 8 channels for VG

 

I began with 4 lines

 

Today I decided to open two more lines because of the success of the calls !

 

But the 5th and 6th lines never answered the calls !!

 

Calls are seen in the VG logs but not answered

 

Hereafter are the logs when ringing. (tw log and vgw log) . Whay is this call not answered

Traces show that the Dialogic reports that the incoming call only rung the line once.

 

To answer calls which only ring once you should set VG to answer calls after one ring.

 

You may want to test how the different lines ring by attaching a normal telephone handset to them.
