Run-time Error '339' - Component Kttel.ocx

When I tried to run VoiceGuide it show an error: "Run-time error '339' - Component ktTel.ocx"

 

I have:

- dialogic card D/41JCT

- Windows XP Professional SP2

- VoiceGuideDialogic_6.0.0.3243

- Dialogic System Release 5.1.1 for Windows

- Microsoft Speech SDK 5.1

 

Can you help me?

If you are using Dialogic System Release 5.1.1 then you also need to install the Global Call pack.

 

We'd recommend just using SR6.0 drivers which have everything included in them.
