E-mail Wrongly Rejected - Please Re-send!

This should probably be brought (initially) to the attention of the sales dept.

 

I just (this evening, my time) ordered a copy of VoiceGuide Enterprise, four-line version (no dialer yet). Unfortunately, due to an overly-broad and outdated spam filter entry, our mail server rejected the sales receipt as shown in this reject log entry (timestamps in PST, GMT -8):

 

Dec 27 17:24:30 willy postfix/smtpd[26730]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from server21.ipslink.com[67.15.173.34]: 554 5.7.1 <server21.ipslink.com[67.15.173.34]>: Client host rejected: EV1, 67.15/16: Access denied, too much spammer spew.; from=<katalina@server21.ipslink.com> to=<kyrrin@bluefeathertech.com> proto=ESMTP helo=<server21.ipslink.com>

 

I have since reconfigured our filters to let traffic from Katalina through. Would whoever is in charge of order processing please re-send the original message? The order was for [removed], company name of [removed].
