Voiceguide Cannot Send Message (wav Files) To My Email

Hi support team,

 

I configure voiceguide to send the message from mailbox 0001 to an account but I get the following message: (see attachement)

 

Question:

 

What is the reason that the system cannot send the message?

 

I can send message from Outlook Express to other users using this account: 008@mymail.com

I can also receive message from other user.

My operating system is: Windows 2000 Advanced Server

and I have Outlook Express6

You need to specify the SMTP server address.

 

The option you have selected will not work with Outlook Express - only with the full version of Outlook.
