Tts Failure

After a few hours of use the text to speech capabilities fail on our VoiceGuide system. I have noticed that this occurs typically after a Script GoTo event is called leading a user to another script. A great deal of our TTS is comprised of $RV variables based on database queries. A restart of VoiceGuide brings the text to speech back up.

Which TTS engine is used on this system?

 

Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below:

[Log]

 

VoiceGuide=10

NumberLoader=0

VoicemailManager=0

EmailSender=0

TapiWrapOcx=10

SapiWrapOcx=10

Then restart VG and wait thill the problem occurs.

 

Debug Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory.

 

Please post the traces and the VoiceGuide script used.

 

Indicate time/call when problem occurred.

 

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.
