Eventhough I ask Sart all devices and Start System I must run manually DCM and click on strat to have the board up and running.

You will need to speak to the Dialogic distributor from where you have sourced that card to resolve why the card/service does not start automatically.

 

We have not yet seen any issues with cards not being able to start automatically but starting OK manually.
