VoiceGuide No Longer Works After Registration (Note: resolved now)

Hi,

we just registered voiceguide. Prior to registration the system was working. Now on startup all line descriptions say state display disabled, and the system will not accept incoming calls.

 

If the computer is rebooted, numerous application errors are displayed after login (without starting the app).

 

The server is windows 2003.

the card is Intel Dialogic D 300JCT-E1

the driver is System Release Version 6.0

the dialogic patch is installed.

Which version of VoiceGuide is used on this system?

You need to use the provided Status Monitor application to see what the status of the lines is.

 

and the system will not accept incoming calls.
Please enable traces and post them capturing the application startup. Please also post your config.xml file.

What are the actual messages? Can you maybe post some screenshots?

HI,

As I checked the version, I noticed it wasnt the current one. A quick upgrade, and viola, it works.
