Integrating Call Center Functionality With Nec Elite Pbx

Adam,

 

This is Adam with Acer Payments (we are now Bank Transactions) our phone/ PBX installation folks have some questions on how to integrate the VG with an Elite PBX...specifically the call center functionality.

 

How can we have calls waiting in a Q (on VG) and have them show on the phones connected to the PBX?

Please provide information on what CTI interface is supported by this PBX, model number of the PBX etc.

 

Does the PBX itself support call queues or have a built in ACD?

 

Do you require features like screenpops on CSR's computers when the call is routed to them?
