Urgent Things, Hope Anyone Can Help Me

Recommended Posts

Hi eveybody:

Here is thing that bothers me. I have been a new guy to use voiceguide software and I want to make

sure that it can do this.

For data collection,we are now working on the telephony recording through Dialogic Card(D41/JCT).

Let me first explain the process:

we want to record a conversation by two persons through Dialogic card using voiceguide, that means the

telephony system monitors the conversation and record whatever they said.

The tough matter is we want to record the lines separately, which means after we make it, there are two wave files recording each person`s speech. Is that possible using voiceguide.

How to make it realized?can you show me some tips about the architecture of it?

Thanks a lot!

Right now VoiceGuide sets up the Dial and Conference on analog systems in such a away that the recordings made will capture both sides of conversation.

It's possible to do what you require if you use T1/E1 ISDN lines instead of analog...

If I can`t separate the two lines, I will just record the conversation in one line. Here is what I am gonna do.

Please help to check if it is possible to realize using voiceguide.

First, there are two lines connected to Dialogic card(we call it Line A, LineB).

caller C calls in to line A, and Line A will make a call transfer to Line B.

And Line B will dail another callerD to form a conversation between C and D.

is it possible to realize?

What you describe here is just a standard "Dial and Conference" call transfer... It's one of the options in the Transfer Call module...
