seanh Report post Posted 07/04/2006 08:01 AM Hi there, Can anyone give me any pointer please, as to why the BT headset (CN netcom) that i have cabled directly into an Aspect Teleset model 3190-UK, why the customer cannot hear me, but i can hear them fine ??? I can also make internal phone calls to colleagues ok, but as i say, an external calling customer cannot hear me. Is there any possibility that they are not compatible ?? Seems a bit strange to me. I find it strange that her current Plantronics headset, (although it is on its last legs) works ok, but a BT one does not. Very wierd. I presume it should work ? Share this post Link to post
