Bt Headset - Aspect Teleset Compatibility

Hi there,

 

Can anyone give me any pointer please, as to why the BT headset (CN netcom) that i have cabled directly into an Aspect Teleset model 3190-UK, why the customer cannot hear me, but i can hear them fine ???

 

I can also make internal phone calls to colleagues ok, but as i say, an external calling customer cannot hear me.

 

Is there any possibility that they are not compatible ??

 

Seems a bit strange to me. Hope someone out there can give me a few pointers.

You should proably be constacting BT (CN netcom) and/or Aspect Teleset with this question...

Thanks for your reply.

 

I will hunt around to see if i can find a support site somewhere for them but it is me trying to do a favour for my wife.

 

I find it strange that her current Plantronics headset, (although it is on its last legs) works ok, but a BT one does not.

 

Very wierd.

 

I presume it should work ?
