Voiceguide Tapi / Dialogic Issue

I have a 12 port dialogic board that will not recognize under your setup wizard. I have followed the installation link on your site, however I can't get the lines to show in the Tapi Wizard. The dialogic works great, do you have any ideas on how to make the 12 lines show to assign scripts?

Don't use TAPI.

 

Use "VoiceGuide for Dialogic" and configure the lines by correctly setting up the Config.xml file.

Now all the ports say error 0 , any ideas? Do you guys have a support number?

 

I figured this one out, the Dialogic service wasn't started. Now when I try to add a number in the dialer it always shows in the rejected. Ideas?

Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below:

[Log]

 

VoiceGuide=10

NumberLoader=10

VoicemailManager=0

EmailSender=0

TapiWrapOcx=10

SapiWrapOcx=0

Then restart the Telephone Number Loader and make a load which demonstrates the problem.

 

Debug Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory.

 

Please post the traces and the VoiceGuide script used.

 

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.
