Voice Guide And Sip

We have implemented on our server the Comisdn SIP communication Server and configured Voice Guide to use two ISDN lines and two SIP lines.

 

Voice Guide answers on all lines but when we call over an SIP line, TTS generation of wav files is not processed.

Looking in the sw log file, there is no traces for TTS generation when called over the IP line.

 

I join complete log files of this event.

 

Where is the problem ? Is it possible to use Voige Guide in a mixed configuration ? Does Voice Guide supports IP lines ?

The problem is not with TTS generation, the problem here is that the TAPI driver for the SIP case is not advising VG that the call is CONNECTED.

 

You should speak to ComISDN about why this is not happening.
