Dialing Times

hi,

 

I'm quite new and I think I will bother you with stupid questions these next days. This if the first one.

 

How can i do if I want to configure PM times for the dialing times panel ?

Looks like the AM/PM indicator is not showing up.

 

What language version of Windows are you using?

 

Maybe the numbers are displayed in 24 hour format?

Hi thank you for the anwser,

 

Indeed I have a french language system. But i used to test this a few month ago and you have sent to me a version of dialer which displayed the 24hours time.

Have you tried using the version of the Telephone Number Loader which comes with VG for Dialogic?

I'm not sure I have catehced your question. I have trioed using VG dowloaded here on the site...

Please download the "VoiceGuide for Dialogic" update and then just use the Telephone Number Loader from that version.

Hi,

 

I have made this, I have launched dialer from the directory but I do not sse any difference between the old "diling times" panel. Is there any way to have the times display in 24h format. ?

I have found an old dialier that you have sent to me when I have meet this porbleme. It seems that this one is OK see the screen shot. Is it possible to have this configuration but with the new dialier..

What is the preferred Time format specified in the Control Panel's "Regional Options" applet?

Is is possible to use MS Access to provide the calling list in a table instead of using a text file or an XML file ?
