Answering Machine / Human Detection

I understand that we cannot capture press keys if an answering machine was detected. The idea is to capture the press keys even if there was error in detection if it was Human or Answering machine on the other side. Please reply?.

Use VoiceGuide for Dialogic.

 

The keypress detection limitation is one of the limitations of Dialogic's TAPI drivers.

 

There are no such issues when using VoiceGuide for Dialogic. (VoiceGuide for Dialogic does not use TAPI drivers).
